Make it a special Valentine’s Day with our Virtual Valentine’s Day Celebration! Join Concannon and Truffle Shuffle for a fun night making fresh gnocchi and enjoying Concannon wines from the comfort of your own kitchen.
Join Winemaker James Foster and the Concannon team for a live cook-a-long class featuring a former French Laundry chef teaching you step-by-step how to prepare homemade Lemon Ricotta Gnocchi Truffle Carpaccio with Italian Truffles and Sage Brown Butter Sauce while you enjoy our 2019 Reserve Assemblage Blanc and our 2017 Reserve Stampmaker’s GSM.
Tickets are now closed for this event. Truffle Shuffle will ship a meal kit that includes all ingredients needed for the recipe to arrive on Friday, February 12th. You will also receive a wine shipment from Concannon Vineyard that will arrive prior to the virtual event.
A Zoom link will be sent 48 hours prior to the event so you can join us LIVE at 4pm Pacific/7pm Eastern on February 13th.
