Legacy Club membership details
Your purchase certifies that you agree to a minimum purchase of two Legacy Club releases. Our Winemaking team pre-selects the wines for each Wine Release Shipment.
We automatically charge your credit card on file for approximately $95-$140 per release, plus shipping and taxes where applicable. You also have the option to pick up your release at the winery within 60 days of the release date to save on shipping costs.
Legacy Members must concurrently maintain their Club 1883 or Cab Club membership throughout Legacy enrollment. You may sign up for both the Club 1883 or the Cab Club and Legacy Clubs at the same time.
Members must be at least 21 years of age at time of enrollment.
Due to some state regulations, certain restrictions may apply towards the shipment of wine directly to customers. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
If you have elected to pick-up your releases at the winery, please note that they are held for 90 days before shipping charges are incurred. You may switch from having your wine picked up to shipped at any time. Please email wineclub@concannonvineyard.com or call 925.583.1537.
You may send someone else to pick up your wine club releases at the winery; however, you must notify us in advance at wineclub@concannonvineyard.com or call 925.583.1537.
Memberships may be given as a gift as long as the gift recipient is 21 years of age or older. The gift recipient’s address must be in a state where direct shipping is legal.
With the exception of prepaid gift memberships, membership is considered ongoing and will continue until cancelled.
Concannon Vineyard will never share your e-mail address or phone number with other parties. We will only use your contact information to communicate information regarding your club membership, member-only events and exclusive, member-only sales.
It is the responsibility of the member to inform Concannon Vineyard (via phone or e-mail) if their billing information or shipping address changes.
To update your account information, you can login to your account at concannon.wpengine.com.
If wines are refused or redirected, the member is responsible for the shipping charges incurred.
If credit card charges are denied, the membership will be held until charges are paid.
Membership may be cancelled at any time. You are subject to be billed for a final shipment if your membership is not cancelled more than 30 days prior to the next shipment release. Cancellations must be communicated in writing by one of the following methods: (email to wineclub@concannonvineyard.com, filling out a cancellation form in our Tasting Room, or by contacting us here.
Concannon Vineyard reserves the right to request additional information, reject any application, and cancel any membership or change policies and membership benefits at any time.
