All packages we ship containing wine will require an adult signature at the time of receipt. If someone will not be available during the time of delivery, we recommend shipping to a business address or a UPS store near you. Two additional delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to our warehouse.

Due to extreme temperatures, some orders may be placed on a weather hold or delayed until conditions are favorable. Temperatures that exceed 90 degrees can damage the taste and quality of our products. Due to the sensitive nature of our wines, we prefer to place orders on weather hold to protect your investment and avoid spoiled goods. Please call 925-583-1501 for more information.
Tax varies by address and will be calculated during checkout. Due to state regulations, shipments to Colorado are subject to a $.27 transportation fee.
Tracking Numbers & Shipping Confirmation:
Once your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Why doesn’t my tracking number work? (It isn’t updating.)
For most states, tracking numbers will show and be active when your wines ships from our warehouse. If you have questions, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number for an update.
States Where Wine Cannot Be Delivered:
We are unable to ship wine to AL, AR, DE, IN, LA, MS, NJ, RI, TN, UT and VT. If you live in these states, you can still send wine as a gift to an eligible state!
Over 21 Requirements:
Both the buyer and recipient must be 21 years or older with verification during purchase and upon receipt. All packages we ship containing wine will require an adult signature at the time of receipt.
Date Of Birth:
Currently, regulatory compliance with state and federal law requires us to keep a valid date of birth on file for you as proof of your legal age.
What if I am going to be away when my shipment is scheduled to arrive?
If your order is currently in transit and you or another adult 21+ are unable to accept the delivery at the original address, you may request to have your order redirected to a new address within the same state. Request a delayed delivery date or return the package to sender. Redirects can be handled through UPS directly; additional fees may apply. Please contact us to schedule a delayed delivery.
The redirect must be through the original carrier directly. We cannot ship or redirect any wine orders to PO Boxes; they must be shipped to a business location, residential address, or UPS Store near you. We cannot ship to a different state than the original destination state.
Packages can only be delayed 10 business days from the original estimated delivery date. We are unable to request weekend delivery or specific delivery times with the carriers.
If your order has been returned to our warehouse due to a failed delivery attempt, damage, etc. we can reship to the same or new address as requested. This comes with a carrier imposed of fee of $20 per package that will be charged to your CC on file.
