By signing up for a Concannon Vineyard wine club, you authorize Concannon Vineyard (or its affiliates) to charge my credit card on an automatic, recurring basis for the costs of the wine club I have chosen to join as those costs are described in this brochure (as the same may be changed from time to time). I understand I may cancel my membership in any Concannon Vineyard wine club after receiving two releases of wine club selections, by sending a written notice of cancellation by (a) e-mail at wineclub@concannonvienayrd.com, (b) submitting your cancellation online at our website at www.concannonvineyard.com/contact-us, or (c) calling us at 925-583-1500.
